Holiday home in center of Šilo near beach

Located just 300 m from a sandy beach and near the center of Šilo, this holiday home is perfect for a family or group of 6. The 115 m² house features 3 air-conditioned bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, an extra toilet, a spacious living room with satellite TV, and a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, and dining area.

Enjoy your time outdoors in the private fenced garden (300 m²), relax on the 25 m² balcony, or cool off in the private pool. A dedicated game room (25 m²) includes a PlayStation, table soccer, and a children’s corner, ideal for indoor fun.

Two bedrooms have direct access to the balcony, and all rooms offer satellite TV and air conditioning. Additional amenities include a washing machine and private parking. Public transport is available 400 m away, and Rijeka Airport is just 15 km from the property. This home offers the ideal blend of beach proximity, comfort, and entertainment.

Note: This property is only for Adults Age 30+ and families, a group of youngsters and parties are not allowed.

For reasons of tranquillity, this holiday home will not be rented to groups of youngsters Reservations for groups of persons under 25 years of age are not permitted It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house
