Die Immobilie ist sehr schön qualitativ sehr hochwertig . Die Bilder sind absolut korrekt. Die Umgebung ist sehr Ruhig. Es wird wert auf Mülltrennung gelegt, was ich sehr gut gefunden habe. Ivan hat nachgefragt ob alles ok ist. Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit dieser Unterkunft und auch mit der Betreuung.

Modernes Haus mit toller Ausstattung, eigenem Pool und in Strandnähe

Wir haben dieses Haus als Freundes-Gruppe gebucht. Die Abwicklung und Betreuung vor Ort waren sehr kompetent, hilfsbereit und freundlich. Die Villa ist sehr modern und top ausgestattet. Auch in der Küche hat es an nichts gefehlt, es gab genug Kochutensilien und Geschirr für 8 Personen. Die Zimmer sind super schön und es gibt in jedem Raum eine Klimaanlage. Der Pool auf der Terrasse ist natürlich toll und es gab für jeden eine Liege inkl. Polster. Der Strand ist vielleicht 50 Meter zu Fuß entfernt, man ist in einer Minute dort - eine schöne kleine Bucht mit vorgelagerter Insel, zu der man schwimmen kann. Wie häufig in Kroatien handelt es sich um einen Kiesstrand, Badeschuhe sind daher von Vorteil. Der Ort Klimno hat uns ebenfalls gut gefallen. Ein kleiner, beschaulicher Ort mit einem Supermarkt, einem Bäcker, zwei Restaurants und einem Café / Bar. Wer lieber Action oder Party möchte, ist hier allerdings fehl am Platz. Der Ort eignet sich gut als Ausgangspunkt, um die Insel zu erkunden. In einer halben Stunde ist mal bereits in Krk, was einmal auf der anderen Seite liegt. Insgesamt waren wir sehr zufrieden!

Aufgrund der höchst positiven Erfahrungen im Vorjahr haben wir auch heuer wieder 10 Nächte in der Villa Dama verbracht. Besonders überzeugt haben uns erneut die ruhige Lage, die Sauberkeit und die Ausstattung der Villa (Grill, Waschmaschine, Bügeleisen, Weinkühler, vollständig ausgestattete Küche, toller Pool etc.) und VOR ALLEM die Freundlichkeit und das große Engagement des Eigentümers. Man fühlt sich stets willkommen und hat das Gefühl, bei einem alten Freund zu Gast zu sein.

Mega plus!

Większość była w jak największym porządku, standard domu był wysoki, pomieszczenia były schludne, zadbane, a kuchnia dobrze wyposażona. W domu było na tyle ręczników, że nie trzeba było brać własnych. Dodatkowo widok z sypialni z łazienką na piętrze był niesamowity. Warto zaznaczyć, że Domek RZECZYWIŚCIE znajduje się blisko plaży! Mega plus!

Extraordinary journey!

Wir haben einen traumhaften Urlaub in Kroatien verbracht. Das Ferienhaus war für uns absolut optimal. Sehr geräumig - sehr liebevoll und modern ausgestattet - mit einem tollen Pool und einem wirklich atemberaubenden Blick aufs Meer. Das Haus liegt in einer sehr ruhigen Gegend - man kann wunderbar ausspannen. Die Terrasse mit dem am Abend beleuchteten Pool macht einen wunderbaren Urlaub komplett. Der Vermieter war sehrfreundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir können alles nur weiterempfehlen!

Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Woche. Das Haus ist sehr schön, die liebevolle und geschmackvolle Einrichtung lässt keine Wünsche offen - es fehlte wirklich nichts!
