「Valerio ist ein super lieber, zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Die FW war sauber, mit Bettwäsche und Endreinigung. Der Geschirrspüler und die Klimaanlage waren ein absolutes Plus. Wir haben noch extra Bettwäsche bekommen, was auch nicht üblich ist. Leider waren die Teller etwas knapp und die Dusche wirklich sehr eng. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, in typisch italienischer Umgebung. Der Garten sehr schön und die Terrasse toll」

「Das Gebäude ist sehr groß und der Zugang ist gut gesichert. Die Wohnung (4. Etage)war geräumig und soweit in gutem Zustand. Ein paar Mängel baulicher Seite (z.B. Waschtisch im Bad) und die Wasserzufuhr der Dusche könnten verbessert werden. Sehr gut war die Möglichkeit der Klimatisierung. Die Lage der Wohnung direkt neben dem Bahnhof ist verkehrstechnisch gut, allerdings wirkt es nach einem Problemviertel (wie meistens an Bahnhöfen). 「Well appointed and comfortable apartment within a short walk of Modena town centre. Perfect location and Stefanie was very responsive to any questions, dinner recommendations or parking advice! Well set up for a couple and good air conditioning too. Only comment is there is a small staircase that is quite steep from the lift up to the floor the apartment is on but this is no issue at all. Would certainly recommend!」

「Simona met us personally at the apartment to give us the keys and a walk around. We were stunned by the apartment: spacious, decorated, comfortable & with more amenities than we had seen so far in a short term rental. Everything was updated & very clean. 「Wir haben schon einige Flats gebucht aber bei Lory und Mauro war es was ganz Besonderes.
