Sehr nettes Personal, dass einen wirklich gut umsorgt hat. Gute Ausflugtipps und Restaurant-Empfehlungen von Rezeptionsmitarbeiter erhalten. Leckeres türkisches Frühstück. Kaffeekocher mit Eqipment auf Zimmer. Dusche ohne Duschkabine. Es hat verhältnismäßig lange gedauert, bis das Wasser im Bad warm wurde. Nur Barzahlung im Hotel möglich.

First, there is no parking place, very crowded area and the noisy street where is situated the hotel. Second, the most important is that there is no Air Conditioner in the room. And during the day when outside is + 40 C, it was not possible to stay in the room. In the night it was the most horrible, because it was not possible to sleep- extremely hot and if the windows were opened we listened all noise from the crowded street. We were paid for room with 3 beds, but what they offered us was very small and uncomfortable. Also in the bathroom, there was no toilet paper, no soap, no towels.

This was the most warmhearted reception stay I had ever met - it was truly a great experience The manager and the owner met the customers with a personal interest- the hotel had a “almodish” vibe / there were free the and water for the guests 24/7 - the rooms very not renovated but there was all you needed and the price matches what you get - a stay to remember

Duşa kabin yoktu. Oda küçük ve çift kişilik yatak duvara bitişik olduğundan duvar kenarındaki kişi kalkmak istese, diğer kişiyi uyandırmak zorunda kalıyor. Terasta kafe yapıyoruz denilerek saat 08.00 bile olmadan balyoz sesiyle uyandık. İnsaat varsa müşteri alınmamalı. Otopark diye 150-200 m ilerideki devam etmeyen bir inşaatın bodrumuna (o da yer varsa) aracınızı bırakmak durumundasınız. Saat 20.00 den sonra aracınızı alamıyorsunuz, işletmeci otoparkı kapatıyor. Zaten gundüz sokakta araba koymaya hiç yer yok. Tek iyi yanı resepsiyondaki arkadaşlar ve işletmeci güler yüzlü ve iyi niyetliler.

The first room they gave us was the wrong bed and NOT Mountain View as we had paid for. The second room did not have a mini frig as advertised. It took too long to change rooms the first time so we let it go. The staff were all pleasant. The location is right in town. The free parking is in a garage about a block away. Breakfast was good. Just stayed here one night.

In the beginning the check-in didn’t look very well. We checked-in in the late afternoon and the room wasn’t ready. But the staff was so welcoming, that we didn’t bother any problems and finally enjoyed the stay.

I came early before check in time, and they arranged my room right away, the room is clean, with tv and comfortable bed, a balcony overlooking Ararat mountain, but what sparks the most is the kindness of the guys in the reception, Mehmet and Faruk, thank you Arart Hotel, I am definetly staying at it again if I visit dogubayezit in the futur.
