Basically the hotel is a Kempinski, quality guaranteed. However, since I stayed during covid 19 time, the hospitality is lesser than protocol. Security is too rigid, treated us just like robot.
As the hotel protocol forbids food from outside, especially in swimming pool area, the security became so nervous to see people carrying bags. They treated us so bad by following us where we went with the bags.
But the management responded quickly by trying to interfere our argument with security.
