First time in Doha and was hugely impressed with the hotel and amenities. From an extra early check in to an extra late checkout, the service and hospitality was amazing and one of the best I have had on my many travels. All of the staff at the bayview restaurant, especially Jeewan, Ayoub & Sohail along with Ashantha at the poolside, not to forget the bellboys Peter, Jalal & Gerrard - all contributed to our wonderful stay. Special mention to Kholoud the butler, who made every effort to ensure we had everything we could possibly need and more during our stay. The room we had was the 2 bedroom suite with a bay view - It was Massive! More than for my family of 4 and we thoroughly enjoyed the space and comfort ability of the room. We stayed on a B&B basis and the breakfast was to a very good standard. What i liked the most was eggs were made to order and no silly queues at an egg station like most other buffets at hotels. Coffee was great and the rest of the selection was also really good. Overall - would I stay here again?! Most definitely and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone and everyone.

Our stay at the St. Regis Marsa Arabia was nothing short of spectacular. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The butler service was impeccable—attentive, friendly, and always ready to assist with a smile. The entire hotel exuded elegance, with a beautiful scent that greeted us every time we walked in. Cleanliness was clearly a top priority, as every corner of the property was spotless throughout our stay. And the location? Absolutely perfect—serene, picturesque, and right in the heart of everything we needed. We truly didn’t want to leave and honestly wish we could live there forever. An unforgettable experience!

Great for families with young kids!

We had a lovely stay at the St Regis. The hotel is beautiful inside and out, with a sense of calmness around the place. All the hotel staff were brilliant; helpful and friendly. The suite was well decorated and spacious. Breakfast was fantastic, again the staff were helpful and always on hand. Breakfast options were varied and tasted good. We loved the fact that there were separate family pools which were relatively quiet. Facilities around the pool were great, and the hotel provided pool toys and inflatables which my son really enjoyed. Again the pool staff were fabulous, engaging, and it felt like they were constantly looking out for the children. In the family pool section there were three separate pools which allowed families to space out, and we had lovely views around of the island and the marina. Negatives; - We were a little disappointed that you only get one bed for a family of 3, we expected at least a sofa bed. When challenged, we were offered a single bed at an extra charge. - Signage around the hotel is not very clear, and you can end up second guessing to get around

Not treated well by hotel staff.

The resort was nice and we did receive an upgrade to a fantastic room upon arrival. However, the staff around the resort treated us poorly and completely ruined the stay for me. We were stopped and questioned several times walking around the resort like we should not be on the property. The buffet attendant was extremely rude at breakfast. Security chased us down and tried to remove us after walking across the bridge from the pearl. Overall, very dissatisfied with the stay and would not recommend this location to travelers. The other St. Regis location in Doha seemed to have more polite staff and might be a better choice.

Upon check-in, the gentleman who assisted me exceeded all expectations with his exceptional helpfulness. Nice but expensive for what you get

Luxuroius hotel but poor service. The room is not what it promises to be. Little disappointment on that. The expectations were higher but the experience was not so bad after all. Tthe restaurants and the pool area were the best things in the hotel.

It was underwhelming compared to other options in the area. Considering this hotel is at a higher price point I would have expected check in to go quicker, the rooms to be cleaner and there to be a phone in the living room and trash bin in the bedroom under the desk. You could see that the cleaners are short and don’t have access to a ladder to clean the wardrobe as you can see the streaks where it was wiped. Attended a function in the ballroom and the cloth napkins left lint on my gown.
