Holiday Home 'Paola E Del Poeta' with Shared Pool, Private Garden and Wi-Fi

  • The holiday home Casa Paola e del Poeta in Dolcedo is perfect for an unforgettable holiday with your loved ones. The 2-storey property has a living room with a sofa bed for 2, a kitchen, 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, accommodating 4 guests. Amenities include Wi-Fi, a TV and a washing machine. A cot and high chair are also available.



    This holiday home has a private outdoor garden, a balcony and a barbecue, plus access to a shared outdoor area with a pool, open from early May until the first week of October.



    Public transport is within walking distance. The property has one parking space. A maximum of 2 pets are welcome. Air conditioning is not available.



    The property offers homemade products. Guidelines to help guests sort waste correctly are provided, with further information available on site. Water-saving devices have been installed, and sustainable insulation materials have been used.



    Safety equipment: the apartment has carbon monoxide detectors, gas detectors and fire extinguishers that comply with regulations.



    Bathroom supplies: one roll of toilet paper is provided on arrival. Soap, shower gel and other personal hygiene products are not provided.



    Tourist tax: in the municipality of Dolcedo, an additional daily charge per person applies for the first 5 days to guests aged 14 and over.

    Outdoor pool: 6 × 4 m, 1.6 m deep. Open from 1 May to 15 October. Opening hours: 08:30 – 20:00.

Tolles Haus in idyllischer Umgebung

Pros: Wir hatten 2 wunderschöne Wochen in dem Haus von Fabio. Fabio ist ein wirklich netter, hilfsbereiter und zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Das Haus steht inmitten von Olivenbäumen, im Garten kann man seine absolute Ruhe genießen oder sich nebenan im Pool abkühlen. Das Haus ist sehr zu empfehlen, wir kommen gerne wieder.

Idyllische Ruhe

Wir kamen im Haus, einem neu erstellten Rustico, an und wurden herzlich von unserem Vermieter Fabio empfangen. Es fehlte im Haus an nichts und auch der Pool auf der gegenüberliegenden Seite war bei den warmen Temperaturen herrlich. Die Lage ist ebenfalls traumhaft, etwas abseits der Hauptstraße, in Mitten von Olivenhainen, gelegen. Fabio kümmerte sich um alles und gab uns auch Tipps was wir alles unternehmen können. Vielen Dank hierfür, wir kommen mit Sicherheit wieder.

Genau so muss Urlaub sein

Pros: Wir waren zu dritt mit Hund in diesem wunderschönen kleinen Haus. Komplett eingezäunt und ruhig gelegen war es die optimale Basis für Ausflüge. Fabio ist ein herausragender Gastgeber, super freundlich, gibt laufend Tipps und hat uns mit einer kleinen Flasche selbst gemachten Olivenöl und Kirschen begrüßt. Das Haus war sehr sauber und der Außenbereich ist einfach super zum Entspannen. Wir haben die Woche sehr genossen und würden gerne wieder kommen. Cons: Die Anfahrt ist wirklich nicht jedermanns Sache, aber das ist halt nun mal in der Gegend so. Hat man sich erst daran gewöhnt ist das kein Problem.
