「This was our favorite accommodation during a 10-day trip to Scotland. The space is in an old church and is beautifully and creatively renovated and comfortable to boot. There's parking right outside the door. And when you step onto the street, you're right in the middle of an incredible historic area that even served as the set for filming some episodes of Outlander. The cozy and tasty Red Lion Inn is just a minute's walk away. We originally booked here because not only did it look great but...

「Apartment was spotlessly clean, beds are comfy and the host was exceptional. Stayed here for the Edinburgh tattoo which was only 30 mins away by car, 15mins by train. A perfect base for sightseeing in Edinburgh and beyond. Quality bedding and towels. Can highly recommend!」

「We really enjoyed the location and the amenities in the apartment. We had to laugh at how there were so many plug-ins, but we only brought 1 adapter so this advantage was lost on us.」

「Lovely new property - had everything you needed and very spacious. Only thing was we couldn’t find instructions for the cooker and to put the hot water on but we nipped over to reception and they were helpful (with the hot water and we worked out the cooker!!). Fabulous stay and would love to come back!」

「The flat is ok-ish, clean enough I would say but definitely not a luxury apartment. It has a couple of cool things like the bathroom mirror, a couple of lights and some black furniture but that's about all the luxuries. How luxurious is it when you have to hand wash the dishes and why would you host up to 8 guests but only provide towels for a max of 4!?! On the host's defence this was mentioned in the house rules but still... The gym is actually a stationary bike in the living room, some...

「Fabulous place in a great location, very quiet and safe area and plenty of car parking available overnight with restricted parking during the day. Accommodation was excellent and I will definitely use it again, kitchen was well stocked and the bed very comfy and overall the place was very well done out and clean. Communication with the host was very good additionally.」
