"Staff were pretty brusk and a bit short with us at the front desk. Refused to let us check in til - exactly - 4pm even though they let others check in prior no questions asked. Room was so warm so it was difficult to sleep, even with all the windows open and the thermostat on 0. Probably would stay at the Best Western next time, the room is smaller but much better experience."
