「Fantastic locations and just as described. The condo was clean and well appointed. Highly recommend. 」

「The condo was easy to find and communication with the owner was easy and responses were quick. Our stay was a 5-day layover to relax for a few days during a 3 week trip through Colorado. Unfortunately, the pool was not functioning while we were there, one of the main reasons for booking, but the owner did provide a partial refund for the inconvenience. Overall, we were happy with the condo, the location, and the owner and would definitely consider this location again if staying in Durango.」

「We loved our trip to Telluride! This property is in an ideal location and the two ski passes were a huge perk! Ski lockers are conveniently located which made going in and out to ski so easy. The unit is a bit outdated and needs new couches but those details are easy to overlook with the amazing location and amount of beds. We would stay here again. 」

「We are a family of 4 and enjoyed our stay here. Lots of space and could have easily fit another couple. Easy bike ride or shuttle to town park. Clean and had everything we needed.」

「Comfortable condo with a quick walk to the ski lift. Simply cut through the condos on the left side. Condo is better in person than in the pictures! Ski locker was a nice bonus to have. Well stocked kitchen. Coffee maker and filters for those that drink coffee. Beds were comfortable. The owner was super responsive. 」

「We spent a week here with our two adult sons to visit our daughter who lives close. The place is modern and clean with everything you need for cooking (even grilling outside). Parking is easy. The location is wonderful ... a 3-minute walk to the trail along the river and to the trolley stop on Main Ave to downtown. Lots of great restaurants in Durango (Fridas is close by.) We went to Mesa Verde and Ouray during our stay ... worth the trip! And yes, the host is responsive ... we had a few...

We enjoyed everything from the Aveda products provided in the bathrooms, to the comfy beds, to the amazing video collection. It was perfect for our needs (and wants)!」

「All went very well except the heat was uncomfortable in a non air conditioned condo. We stayed out of the condo all day and didn’t come back till late in the day. The temps ran into the mid to upper 80’s.」
