We were close to everything we planned for fun!! I chose ur place before the activities! Durango Silverton train, Bar D Chuckwagon supper and show, Durango Cowboy church and 4 Corners monument plus Mesa Verde Cliffs!!

Place was great and very comfortable. We had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. It is only 5 minutes up the road from "downtown". We would stay here again if we ever go back to Durango.

Excellent lodging choice for my wife and I. Located close to town and the train. The condo was clean and very homey. We really enjoyed it. Just a note that it is located on the 2nd floor so you would have to carry luggage up the stairs.

Small but efficient. It was around 90 degrees which I was told was hotter than normal but the little a/c window units could not keep up during peak of heat. Very Clean and everything worked well.

The property is not walking distance from town. There is no view, only of the neighbors, you have to keep all the blinds closed or you are seen. It would have been nice to have a small table and chairs on the front deck. Bring a bar of soap, they only have body wash. No bathroom exhaust fan. The condo is perfect for two people. You will hear everything from the parking lot.
