“I recently stayed at the Durango Lodge and while I appreciated that they are pet-friendly and allowed me to bring my dog, my overall experience was disappointing. The room was not very clean upon arrival, which immediately made the stay uncomfortable. On top of that, the air conditioner did not work properly, leaving the room extremely hot and difficult to relax in.
There was also ongoing construction right next door, and the noise was incredibly loud—even with the windows shut and the blinds……
