깨끗한 침구, 다양한 주방용품, 밤에는 매우 조용한 주거 환경, 사카에로의 편리한 접근성, 인근의 현지 식당들, 그리고 유연하고 친절한 관리인
부속 주차 공간은 높이 제한이 있으니 주의해야 하며, 번화가나 밤문화를 즐기고 싶은 분들은 사카에나 이마이케와 더 가까운 곳이 좋을 것 같다.
