“Anne was outstanding. She went out of her way to make sure I was happy and well taken care of. It would’ve been nice to have had access to a communal fridge and easier access to the secure bicycle area. As a solo female traveler, I felt safe and comfortable my entire stay. Special thanks to the housekeeping staff who made sure my room was always spotless and tidy.”

Nous recommandons à 100% surtout qu’il est difficile de trouver des chambre familiale pour 5 personnes…. ”

“Tres bon hotzl avec des produits du potager, un tres bon petit déjeuner varié :)) une piscine un potager avec des fruits et herbes aromatiques, privilégier le repas sur place car la formule soirée-etape ne vous laisse qu´un choix limité! Sinon j´avais une chambre avec porte communicante, cette chambre a ne pas prendre car trop de bruit de voisinage!! Sinon hotel tres propre, enfin une climatisation raisonnable et fonctionnelle!!!!”

“Very small showers and toilets :(”

“The room provided to us came with an air conditioner failed to supply cool air by that day Beaune temperature was around 26-28 degree C. The lady in-charged front desk said hotel air conditioner will only supply cool air the next Monday, but we will check-out on Sunday after two nights stay. I questioned her how a hotel had such facilities failure without backup plan. She said sorry to me but the hotel had nothing to do to the guest like me even no electric fan provided. She then even counter……

“We have a pleasant stay here. Although the room is small, the staff are friendly. It is located in a very beautiful small town. There are a lot of restuarants close by. The breakfast provided by the hotel is good. The room is clean but small. The lift s small, too. It can only allow 2 big suitcases with one small suitcase added with 2 adults in the lift. If you drive, there will be more things to see. If not, you can still enjoy staying there for shopping and sitting in a nice restaruants……

“Got there late and was greeted with very friendly staff. Spa facilities are good and well maintained, room was spacious and clean. Good hotel.”

“Nice, cute building! The room overlooks the breakfast area and is clean and comfortable. The reception greeting was friendly and helpful. Close to the centre and restaurants and bars. Breakfast was laid out for 0800, a small selection but enough for me and really fresh.”
