"Not sure how this is considered a 4 star property because it is basically a motel. There was effort to present a clean room but unfortunately there was a bug in my bed. Unexceptionable and I’m horrified that more have entered my belongings. Desk agent was pleasant with his response, but not surprised when I reported it. "

"We had a great time in a lovely, well-equipped and spotlessly clean house. In spite of the extreme heat for most of our fortnight, the house managed to keep relatively cool and the swimming pool was an absolute joy.The town was at least a twenty minute walk away which in the intense heat proved too much for us! However we loved L’Isle sur La Sorgue and the beautiful surrounding hill villages. A special thank you to Corinne and her son."

"This is a very nice property and our hosts Nicolas and Anais were very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Isle sur la Sorgue is well situated for touring around Provence. There were a couple of small things that needed dealing with at the house but Nicolas was very responsive in fixing. The pool is a good size and was a godsend with the heat. A couple of notes for potential future visitors. The house has good accessibility and is in a quiet neighbourhood. However, it is probably a 25 minute walk into town, which in searing heat with minimal shade, is a consideration. There are no shops closer than downtown where all the decent restaurants are located. A car is therefore needed to go downtown where parking fees are charged. On market days, parking spots are at a premium. Also it was not clear to us from the description that towels were not provided, so we had to purchase some locally, which was an unexpected cost. Finally, the house would benefit from having a second toilet, particularly if using all three bedrooms. "

"There were only 3 of us so we each had our own space. It was very hot that week so we ventured out in the morning, ate lunch out and came back to enjoy the pool. It was too hot to walk into town but we did manage to find parking places and explore the shops. There are several good supermarkets, boulangeries and pâtisseries nearby. We enjoyed a meal at Namaste, a restaurant at the end of the road. The person who met us at the house didn’t speak much English but we managed to communicate. The owner was very responsive and helpful with our questions. Highly recommend!"

"Nice house in a beautiful location and equipped with everything you need. Cozy terrace in front and an okay swimming pool. It's just a shame that the air conditioning hardly works, so the bedrooms are much too warm at night."
