「Euro 180 is charged for private boat trip but no English speaking guide, no welcome drink or fruit basket in room considering 5 star and nearly 500 euro rate! Breakfast is good. Gym room is opened 9 or 10am, not designed for morning excercise purpose! Room reserved considered to be garden view but in actual, funny hotel back of house view! No show for one room, no consideration for partial refund or extend for future use- waste!」

「Il mio soggiorno all’Arbed Living Hotel è stato davvero piacevole! Ambiente molto tranquillo, camere super accessoriate con letti comodissimi e TV da 40/50 pollici. Il bagno e la doccia sono semplicemente stupendi.
L’hotel è super moderno: dopo il check-in si accede direttamente tramite app sul cellulare, davvero comodo! E se dimentichi il telefono, nessun problema — ci sono due citofoni e il personale può aprire da remoto 😂.
Il personale è gentilissimo e sempre disponibile.

「The staff were friendly and always greeted us with warm smiles. The room was spacious, clean, and above all, we had a wonderful view of Lake Como from each room. The hotel’s interior design and decorative details were charming and sophisticated.
