“Our stay was quite nice. The grounds were park-like, it was pitch black at night and completely quiet. The house was lovingly decorated and the kitchen was well-appointed. There were only a few minor problems. For example, there were no folding luggage supports. Light in downstairs bathroom to dim to shave by. Wished for modernized recycling instructions & an option for composting. The smallest sink in the world in the upstairs bath. Memory foam mattresses. Great stay, overall.”

“Wir hatten mit unseren Kindern (8 Jahre) eine wunderschöne Zeit bei Mirjam und Cedric. Das Haus hält absolut, was es verspricht. Wir finden es live und in Farbe sogar noch besser als auf den Fotos . Es ist gemütlich und beinhaltet alles, was man zum urlauben, wohnen, wohlfühlen und genießen benötigt: Badewanne, Dusche, die wichtigsten Küchenutensilien, Infomaterial, TV (und DVDs falls man möchte), Spiele, Platz,… unschlagbar ist natürlich der Pool direkt vor dem Haus, den unsere Kids täglich……

“I could not go to the Gite because the agency and the host refused to give me adequate directions. At the time os asking I was in an area where there was no internet and so, I really needed help to find the Gite. The host and Poplidays were most unhelpful. Beware of booking with this Gite until you have the exact location.”

“L’accueil des propriétaires a été très agréable et ils étaient disponibles pour nos questions. La maison est bien équipée et pratique. Le jardin est très bien. Il est clos comme indiqué sur l’annonce, cependant attention pour les gens avec de gros chiens, les clôtures ne sont pas très hautes (moins de 1m). Le propriétaire nous a donné de très bons conseils de visite. Les randonnées depuis le centre du village sont supers. Vraiment excellent sejour.”

“Owners were charming and friendly however the accommodation was quite the worst we have ever seen. Most of the work seemed to have been done as DIY but to appallingly low standards. Whilst efforts had been made to decorate no cleaning seemed to have been carried out. The cooker hob was still soiled from previous use and all light switches were unclean. Interior of drawers in kitchen were soiled and in our opinion thus unfit for use. Whilst the shower was effective, because of poor finishing it……
