Superbe endroit. Chambre et excursion ont été fantastique. ( Nous avons vu des quetzals ) . Piste et route très praticables. La randonnée autours de l hôtel vaut d y passer une heure .Undétail Il a fait 10 degrés celcius la nuit ca change des températures de bord de mer. Heureusement le chauffage d appoint est fourni et eau chaude à volonté ‘

Bad road, nice place.

Amazing property once we got settled in. Incredibly bad road, 7 miles of single lane, lots of traffic and tour busses. Actual stay was 1 kilometer away from resort shown on web site. Beautiful grounds, gracious staff, great dinner. We were one of the only customers not with a tour. Birders galore.

Everyone was so friendly and professional. Their guide, Carlos, was amazing in spotting Quetzals. So worth the early morning arrival time. Food was delicious. Internet was great, we wanted to book a second night, but could not communicate via website or what’s app. Otherwise. Excellent.

Muy agradable las habitaciones y la zona. Ya he estado en unos cinco ocasiones en el lugar. En esta ocasión la habitación era una cabaña, bien equipada. Estaba bien limpia. Sábanas, cobijas, paños limpios. Dos observaciones: un sofá con una rotura en la tela. Al ingresar la cabaña olía un poco a humedad. Servicio amable. Excelente el desayuno.

The property is situated in a quiet area from the normal hustle and bustle of the property. We liked that the parking attendant was friendly and so was the front office staff. What the hotel lacked was proper amount of blanket for the cold weather and shower that drained properly. While we were there for two nights, we tired to use the fireplace to keep ourselves warm, but the chimney was quite small and the room would quickly fill up with smoke. The drive to the property was quite arduous as the roads are not fully paved. Overall, for the price we paid and the amenities that were provided, we would not visit the property again. Overall an OK experience.

Cumple las expectativas. Ambiente seguro y tranquilo. Orden y limpieza en las habitaciones. Dentro del hotel hay senderos, cascada, puente colgante, lago, acceso al río, lo cual es muy ventajoso. Precioso el jardín y bellísimas las suculentas. La comida es deliciosa y las porciones generosas. Los bizcochitos y el pancito de cortesía en el desayuno fueron la cereza del pastel. Definitivamente lo recomiendo.

Loved our stay at Sueños del Bosque! The rooms and the common areas were super clean, all the waiters and cleaning ladies were wearing masks, you have to wash your hands before entering the restaurant, everything felt very safe. The lake is lovely, the weather is great to get cozy, and the river is heard from the cabins which is great to rest and relax. There are several easy walks you can do surrounded by trees and mountains that will help you recharge. Highly recommended!

Amazing overall stay!! Staff was friendly and food was delicious (the service was a bit slow, so don’t wait until you are too hungry to go to restaurant). We went during the COVID pandemic so the slow service might have to do with that. Trails, horses, little boats, river, views, all great!!

El lugar el precioso, el lago y los jardines inclusive. Las dos habitaciones que tienen chimenea no están frente al lago ni tienen vista a este (detalle que no se especifica a la hora de visualizar las mismas), además que la chimenea está en una esquina de la habitación (no en el medio) y el cuarto tiene un techo muy alto, es difícil calentarlo con una pequeña chimenea en esas condiciones. El baño no es muy bonito y es poco espacioso, no hay donde poner las cosas. El agua apenas sale caliente y es con un flujo de agua bajo, si se sube un poquito el volumen de agua entonces sale fría.
