“The only positive of this place is the view. The pools overlooking the ocean is spectacular. The food especially in the buffet is limited and terrible tasting plus no authentic Dominican dishes. The waiters do not serve drinks, you have to go up to the counter and get water, juice, and coffee to serve yourself. The staff is not very welcoming - they rather talk amongst themselves instead to the guest. Sliding glass doors do not close all the way causing mosquitoes to be in the rooms. The……

“I am submitting this formal complaint regarding my recent experience with Arajet due to excessive flight delays, misleading communication, poor customer service, and unreasonable additional charges during our travel from Santo Domingo to Miami (MIA). Our flight was delayed for more than 6 hours with very little communication provided to passengers.
