“My daughter had surgery and the staff was very helpful. They extended our stay without moving us from our room. Helped tremendously. They honored our request to have big windows with sunlight etc. This was my third stay and will definitely stay again!”

The overall experience was ok. The common area is beautiful and comfortable. Free coffee and tea by reception. Super nice decor. There’s a coffee shop and bar in the lobby too with very nice aesthetics.
The room was quite small - which wasn’t a big problem for me since I didn’t really need to unpack. The furnitures were SUPER nice and elegant. I loved the……

"Left a bag of new Baggus in the closet. Called the hotel and they said nothing was found and will contact me if anything turned up, but didn’t ask for contact info, and never followed up. I know it was there. Can’t prove it, but it’s a bad feeling. Just a reminder to double-check before you go.
