Surprise visit despite advance paid booking
"The owner to whom hotels.com confirmed our visit (paid in advance) did not bother to inform the local staff so nothing was prepared… there is nothing with regards to food and beverage, luckily the staff were outstanding!"

"No microwave as listed. Pool was not free and only takes gcash. Room reserved for 4 people but only supplies for 2….. towels,slippers, water. Listing had a couch but there is none. Host has never replied to my messages."
