「The hotel itself is very good. However, the dining room service is terrible. This is the second time that we'e stayed at Kinnitty, and both times it took more than 45 minutes to get our meals. This is unacceptable--no meal should take more than 20 minutes to prepare. The first time we were there, three years ago, we were the first or second to place our order. This time there were many more people in the dining area, but they had all been served already. In neither case should it have taken more...

「Excellent value for money. Good breakfast. Mattress on bed a bit bumpy. No hot water on morning of leaving. But overall a good B&B, just 7 mins drive to city centre. Free parking on property.」

「Boutique hotel it was not, no aircon, expensive for what you got. The extractor in my bedroom was incredibly noisy, I measured it at 75dB. My fellow travellers were kept awake by the laundry machines which worked most of the night. Disappointing overall, would not recommend.」

「Staff was very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Room had AC in the 2026 heatwave and a nice bathtub. The evening porter Sam was an excellent swell gentleman and a credit to the business. Hella cool dude. And it was perfectly located.」

The shampoo and body wash smell amazing! The breakfast was great and the servers were so nice each morning. I would definitely stay there again.」
