"We had such a wonderful stay at this cozy and cute igloo hotel! The place itself is so unique and comfortable, but what truly made our experience special were the amazing owners. Their kindness and hospitality made us feel right at home. "Bathroom door was broken and unable to close properly. Door between hallway and room was broken and woukd be flimsy while opening and closing. Beds were hard and springy. Extremely uncomfortable. "Daily house keeping" consisted of towel replacements and a few water bottles daily. Had to tell staff on mulitple occasions to take away the garbage. Walls were very thin and can hear units next to us. "

"My stay at Jeju Lotte Hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with warm hospitality and excellent service. The hotel itself is stunning, with beautiful architecture and breathtaking views of Jejuโs natural scenery.
The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and spotlessโevery detail made me feel relaxed and cared for. The amenities were top-notch, from the luxurious pool to the wide variety of dining options. I especially enjoyed the food, which was both delicious and beautifully presented.
What really stood out was the staff. They were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help with anything I needed. Their service made the experience even more memorable.

The staff were friendly and kind throughout that process and in every transaction during our stay. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The carrot salt bread at the cafe was awesome.
