Das Haus war wie beschrieben, sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber. Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der der Nähe. Wir kommen bestimmt wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft, schönes Urlaubsgebiet

Die Ankunft verlief unproblematisch und nett. Die Verwalterin war zuvorkommend und sehr freundlich.Das Haus war mit allem ausgestattet und wie beschrieben, es fehlte an nichts und war sehr sauber.Nessmersiel war sehr ruhig (Nebensaison), vorwiegend Ferienhäuser und Restaurants. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten fussläufig zu erreichen. Alles ideal für einen erholsamen Urlaub.

Das Haus entsprach voll der Beschreibung, sauber und aufgeräumt, besser ausgestattet als erwartet. Um diese Jahreszeit (Ende Okt./Anfang Nov.) war es schön ruhig. Die Schlüsselabholung und Rückgabe war problemlos. Das Umland hat uns und unseren 2 Hunden sehr gut gefallen. Wir sind sehr zufrieden und werden gerne nochmal wiederkommen.

Lage ruhigAusstattung und Größe des Hauses gutAber folgende Punkte bemängeln wir:- kein heisses Wasser am Waschbecken im Bad und in der Küche- in Schubladen und Schränken alles sehr durcheinander und unaufgeräumt- zu wenig Gläser(bspw. Saft, Wein) vorhanden- das Grillgitter völlig verrostet- die Kopfkissen waren sehr schlechte Qualität quasi inakzeptabel- Müll in der Hecke- generell nicht sehr sauber, bspw. Eßtisch, TV Bildschirm, Wäscheständer, Terrasse,Das Warmwasserproblem bestand bis zur Abreise.

Sehr schöner Urlaub mit einem kleinem Manko

Das Haus, der Service vor und während des Urlaubs war hervorragend!!!! Genauso war das Wetter und damit gab es dann das Manko: Die Temperaturen waren sommerlich, allerdings musste die Heizung im EG mit voller Kraft laufen, sonst hätte es kein warmes Wasser gegeben. Heizung gehört nachgearbeitet!!!

Die Unterkunft warh sehr schön, was die Ausstattung und die Einrichtung betraf. Wir hatten das Gefühl, dass es im Schlafzimmer ein wenig nach Feuchtigkeit gerochen hat. Zwei Flecken waren imBad über der Dusche bereits zu sehen.

Ein super Haus

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Vorallem, dass man draußen sitzen konnte, auch wenn es geregnet hat, durch das Glasdach. Auch die Lage in der Sackgasse war angenehm, da sehr ruhig. Im Badezimmer war es etwas duster, da zuwenig Licht da war. Evt. eine neue Lampe installieren.

Erholsamer Aufenthalt

Für unsere Buchung war ausschlaggebend, dass die Treppe oben ein Türchen hatte, da wir ein 1jähriges Kind dabei hatten. Allerdings wäre es super, wenn es unten auch eins gegeben hätte.

Haus OK

Das Haus liegt schön am ende der Straße. Haus an sich ok, das Doppelbett ist sehr niedrig für ältere Menschen schwer aus dem Bett zukommen. Leider haben wir bei der Anreise auch festgestellt das die Dusche defekt ist, die Halterung für die Duschbrause war abgebrochen. Im Esszimmer war das Licht defekt hat geräusche gemacht und geflackert konnte man leider am Abend nicht anmachen. Wurde von uns Reklamiert und leider in unserem Aufenthalt nicht Instandgesetzt. Die Hecke oder Busch zum Haus war so zugewachsen so das man oft was von dem Busch im Gesicht hatte. Ansonsten war es ok hat ansonsten an nix gefehlt.

Alles, wie erwartet.

Das Haus ist genau so, wie im Inserat beschrieben. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und es hat an nichts gefehlt. Der eingezäunte Hof ist super, wenn man mit Hund anreist. Das Haus ist zudem sehr kinderfreundlich eingerichtet. (Treppenschutzgitter, alle Steckdosen sind kindersicher, Waschmaschine und Trockner vorhanden) Man sollte für die Reise jedoch selbst an Spülmaschinetabs, Waschmittel, Mülltüten, Schwämme, Handseife und Toilettenpapier denken, da sowas nicht vorhanden ist. Wenn man über FeWo bucht sollte man wissen, dass der ausgeschriebene Preis keine Endreinigung (70 Euro), keine Bettwäsche (15 Euro pro Person) und keine Handtücher (10 Euro) enthält. Die kommen also noch mal oben drauf. Bettwäsche und Handtücher kann man aber auch selbst mitbringen.

Unterkunft mit Mängel

Die Unterkunft haben wir in folgendem Zustand vorgefunden: Sehr schmutzige Terrasse (nicht gekehrt und mit Unkraut bewachsen, Ameisen).Der Aussengrill unbrauchbar, verdreckt, auch das Zubehör. Der Strandkorb war sehr herunter gekommen, Nägel standen raus, Stoff total abgenutzt, ebenso der Tisch und die 4 Stühle. Küchenschränke von innen unsauber, Backblech eine Zumutung.Kaminofen voller Asche (Benutzung liegt wohl Jahreszeit bedingt zurück), Dusche : Glastür, Dichtungen verdreckt. Spinnweben und Schmutz im ganzen Haus....Wann war da die letzte Endreinigung für 70 Euro? Handtuchpakete mit Handtüchern versehen, die lange Zugfäden hatten....Spiegel dreckig..Insgesamt eine schöne, ruhige Lage des Hauses. Wir haben schon einige Urlaube an der Nordsee verbracht. Das war die unsauberste Unterkunft, die das Geld nicht wert war.
