Celine greeted us when we arrived and made sure we had a good room, places to visit and eat at and was kind. All staff we interacted with during our overnight stay were fantastic!

Hallway temp was WAY too hot as was temp in condo with no way to adjust thermostat.Directions to parking lot unclear and could not find back up lock box.
