“I arrived 4 hours before and wanted to drop my lugagge in the hotel to be able to have lunch in the mall. It was extremely hot and my lugagge was heavy to carry around. They just "don't have a service to keep the lugagges". Which I really have never seen before! They offered me the earlier checkin instead for an additional price. I have never seen this in my life, in any hotel, simple hotels and expensive hotels. They all have the service. We cannot all fit in in the checkin time of 15:00 all……
