“I have traveled extensively and visited 45 countries, so I have stayed at many different hotels around the world. Unfortunately, my experience at this hotel was disappointing. I was surprised that the hotel did not allow check-in until 4:00 p.m. When I arrived, the reception staff member was not particularly friendly or welcoming. Perhaps that is simply her usual manner, or perhaps I happened to arrive at a busy time, but as a guest, I would have appreciated a warmer and more welcoming……

“Nice location and an excellent buffet next door. The room was adequate, but it would’ve been helpful to have a few more towels and simple amenities like a shower, cap, etc. The breakfast was OK but the croissants were fantastic. The coffee was also very good.”

“Séjour très agréable avec sa piscine intérieure”

To be honest, this is not really a hotel, so don’t expect hotel-level service. They don’t properly clean the rooms. The “room service” basically means putting a new toilet roll in the bathroom they don’t even change the towels. The breakfast is exactly the same every day, with very little variety. But the most irritating part of the whole experience was the reception……

“Breakfast is great, bus+tram is very convenient to Venice.”
