“This is a lovely building situated in a quiet street in the city center. As mentioned in other reviews, it is a bit far from the main attractions, but it's nice and close to El Corte Ingles and a taxi spot. Getting to the main attractions is an easy and generally pleasant walk. Our studio was attractive, decently spacious, well appointed, well laid out and very clean. Communication with staff was efficient although it is still odd for us to stay in a "hotel" that has no one onsite. While……

“Very pleasantly , the location is superior, the urban parasol is just a two-minute walk away, the facilities are complete and you can cook for yourself, the environment is very good, it is cheaper than other hotels, and it is a cost-effective choice”

Her restaurant recommendation and sightseeing tips were very precise and accurate
Her prompt ability to solve problems was efficient.
The only issue we encountered was
- the only window was facing central sky light of the building, so there is no fresh air circulation.
Only option was to keep air-con on
- there was no kettle, got hot water from coffee machine
