Ficamos em um apto enorme super confortável que nos atendeu perfeitamente, ficaria aqui novamente a varanda eh ótimo porém não tem vista e em épocas d e muito calor acaba não se aproveitando. Única reclamação foi nosso ar condicionado que não estava gelando o suficiente mesmo após solicita averiguação permaneceu igual. A equipe na recepção todos muito simpáticos e solicitos.”

“Bad experience. We used the code provided by the hotel but cannot work. We waited for more than 15 minutes outside the apartment building in heavy rain. We found some other guests also try their code but also failed. We called and called but no body answer and other guests also tried to use their ways to contact but no reponse. No reception on duty. Really bad experience. Not easy for some people to do the self check-in machine. The email didn't tell very clear so some guest also……

El parking no está en el mismo edificio donde está el estudio, pero no está muy lejos, es algo estrecho y hay que maniobrar, pero te saca del apuro, ya que en aquella zona si no es en parking privado, es complicado aparcar en la calle, aún así, aparte del parking del hotel, hay varios por los alrededores. La zona donde se encuentra el hotel es bastante céntrica y……

“Very good location in center of Madrid with 5 mins walk to Gran Via, the main shopping and commerce area of central Madrid. Great coffee shops at the corner of the street of the apartment, and quite a few good restaurants near by. Street was quiet during my stay. Concierge downstairs was very friendly and helpful, spoke English very well. Only thing I could commented would be the shower cubicle is a bit small and has no basket nor shelf to put my shower amenities.”
