The paint on the floor is crumbling from damp, there's an awful smell of cat urine, wires are sticking out of the electricity meter, every other light bulb is out of order, the shower curtain is moldy, the garden furniture is almost non-existent and in a sorry state, and the paint on the table is crumbling .... "Just returned home from an excellent stay at villa Santa Brigida. The villa is in an excellent location, just an easy 10 minute stroll from the centre of Cala'n Porter. All facilities are great, especially the outside eating area and the pool. Communication with Julio was perfect, both before and during our stay. "Tolle Lage, wunderbare Aussicht aufs Meer. Strand gut zu Fuss erreichbar. Schöner, sauberer Pool. Küche teilweise renoviert. Neuer Kühlschrank und Herd/Backofen.Küchenschränke ziemlich marode. Oberes Bad schön gross und renoviert.Betten sehr unbequem, Ferdern haben durchgedrückt. Kommunikation am Anfang sehr gut. Schnelle Antwort und innert kürze wurde eine Lampe im Bad ersetzt.Am Abreisetag kam gar keine Antwort auf Anfrage. "
