"The room was not like the images advertised. I was told by my Spanish friend I should of received a code to get in from the company but all I had was the confirmation email. Arriving i then had to call and whatsap to gain access to the place which was added stress. Whilst I got a response straight away this could of been avoided. "The resort is in a stunning location with its own private beach. Lovely little restaurant on site but plenty within walking distance although lots of steps to negotiate. A lovely stay with wonderful staff. Not for people that struggle with poor mobility. "

"Well appointed hotel with friendly staff. Included breakfast buffet had good choice of menu options, although some 'hot plate' dishes disappointed (not kept properly hot). Cooked to order eggs / omelettes was a good option however. Swimming pools were clean but quite small for any serious swimming."

"Great food and service in the restaurant catering for gluten free very well. The suite is the best room choice as you get the sun all day. The pools are very cold so be aware but there is a great indoor spa area that is perfect. One mark down on service as it took a long time for drinks to arrive when you ordered them on the app for delivery to the pool but other than that it was perfect and we will be back. Well done to the Barcelo team. "
