Hôtel très bien situé, proximité avec la plage et quelques commerces et restaurants autour. Il est également facile de s’y rendre en bus. Le buffet est très bon et bien garni, avec sa grande terrasse où il est agréable de manger ! La chambre était petite mais très propre, c’était parfait.

Good location. Nice pools with lots of sunbeds. Pool bar was excellent, good drinks and food selection. Restaurant had something for everyone and lots of it. All staff were friendly and helpful but not pushy when it came to joining in with the entertainment staff. Left luggage room and shower rooms to change in after you've checked out of your room is an excellent way to make the most of your last day if you have a late flight.

Sehr tolles Hotel, nur leider haben uns zusätzliche Toiletten im Poolbereich gefehlt. Es ist immer ein langer Weg.Ansonsten alles top. Wir sind von spanischen Hotels im 4 Sterne Bereich immer ein individuelles Omlett gewöhnt, das gab es leider nicht. Aber das Essen war sehr lecker und für Halbpension all you can drink war super.

This is the second time we have been to the Occidental Menorca, Menorca Pueblo before. I have to say that the highlights of this hotel are the front desk staff and the close proximity to the beautiful Pinta Prima beach. The restaurant staff is not the best, cleaning around the restaurant areas was poor and restaurant staff disappointing. Food is good for a buffet. A bit disappointing as it was better the first time we visited.

Overall, it was a great experience. The hotel is lovely, with excellent facilities and a very friendly staff. A couple of suggestions for improvement: The flies can be quite bothersome when sitting outside. While this is a common issue across Menorca, it would be helpful if the resort staff could take steps to minimize it within the property. The bedrooms could benefit from better soundproofing.

Si pudiera darle un 15/10 de valoracion, lo haria. Absolutamente encantados con nuestra experiencia. He de destacar al increible grupo de profesionales en todos los ambitos: destacar en recepcion a Jacobo, Judith, Javi... Una mencion ESPECIALISIMA, al maravilloso equipo en cocina y camareros: Ruben, Ana, Josefina, Salud... (me encantaria nombrarlos a todos, porque lo merecen, pero no recuerdo tantos nombres!). Por favor, al equipo Barcelo: sigan cuidando al maravilloso staff, marcan la diferencia. Sobre todo cuidenlos porque tenemos claro que queremos volver el proximo año!
