Great location and pet friendly!

Loved our stay in this Dothan home. Very centrally located, very spacious, comfortable, and the fenced in backyard for our dogs was a huge bonus!

Wonderful stay

We were in town for the birth of our grandchild. Conveniently located to the hospital. Comfortable and clean. Enjoyed our stay. Definitely recommend and will use again.

Quiet Stay

We enjoyed our short stay! The house was clean, well stocked, great location for our trip & the host was very communicative and easy to work with! The neighborhood was very quiet and safe. My dad & I enjoyed playing ping pong too! It is an older house that could use “some” updates, such as curtains in 2nd bedroom, newer blinds, etc. but these are things that don’t lessen the enjoyment of the stay, just preference! We would definitely stay here again.

Lovely, well maintained home in a very peaceful neighborhood. Convenient to pretty much everything in Dothan. Will definitely consider booking again when we need to come to town to visit family.

Cozy home & great location

This rental home was perfect for our family of 3 and our pet. It was so cozy. Also wonderful location in order to visit family that live in Dothan. The added fun of the ping pong table in the sunroom was great. The fenced in backyard was nice and I can imagine in the cool nights it would be great to sit by the fire pit. We would recommend this home to stay in!

2nd time at this home

This is a wonderful home for us. My family comes to visit my mother and there are too many of us for her home so my brother, husband and I have rented this home twice and really like it. The neighborhood is nice and quiet and convenient to everything we need. The yard is completely fenced and there is an enclosed back porch which is perfect for crating the fur kids. The inside of the home is roomy and has pocket doors to close off the front (carpeted) off from the back which also works well to keep things clean. We love it and will definitely be back next year!

Comfortable and convenient

We are a large family with two dogs and this home was able to fit us comfortably. I was worried about the white carpet with two dogs but we were able to close off all entryways to those areas. Had a great time and this home really is cozy in a convenient location in a great neighborhood.

Big Family

The property was very clean, spacious, yet cozy and with comfortable beds. Clear instructions for checkout were communicated by the property manager. I wished we had been able to check in earlier. Also since this property appeals to larger groups, a bigger assortment of cookware would be an added bonus.

House in Dothan near RTJ Golf

House worked good for our group. Three bedrooms with a queen or king in each room, trundle in the living room. Rooms were clean. Large backyard. Older home, so not an open plan concept. Nice indoor back patio with Ping Pong. Nice quiet neighborhood, very convenient to the RTJ Golf course, food, and activities.

Great house and location in Dothan

The house was as described. The owner contacted us on the way to tell us that the stove was being replaced. Upon arrival, we did find that to be true. The house was mostly clean and ready to go. We were able to relax with family and enjoyed our stay. There was a nice goodie basket on the counter for us. This is one of the best homes we've stayed in when traveling to visit family. Thanks for a great home.

Dothan stay 2024

The home was very cozy nice size for my Family and I the only down side was the charcoal grill the picture featured a pretty good size grill. But the actual grill on site was very small. and being the 4th of July week cooking our meat was very trying. Please update picture of the grill or upgrade.

Great house for families

Great neighborhood, beautiful backyard, spacious house. The kitchen tools were a little lacking and the pots and pans were all severely scratched up Teflon or aluminum, which is a big health concern. The refrigerator water was stopped up by mold at the output. We drank bottled water the duration of our stay because of that. That needs to be addressed. There were board games, a ping pong table, and some kickballs outside. My kids enjoyed those. Overall, we enjoyed staying here. We would stay here again.

visiting family in Dothan

Great home. Had everything we needed which was more than we expected since we were in town visiting my mother who had a gas leak while making our Thanksgiving dinner. Oops. All worked out fine. We all waited it out in this homes roomy yard. I loved that you could completely close off the front of the home from the back using pocket door between kitchen and dining room. Only suggestion id make is new frying pan. The two there are huge and pretty well used. Thanks for the stay.

Dothan Rental

Older property that may need a few items updated (showers, TV's, chairs and sofas, faucets, water heater), and overall cleaning prior to our arrival could have been better (Keurig, wood floors, kitchen counters and table). The fire pit and ping pong table were awesome add-ons. Kids enjoyed both. Kitchen supplies (pots, pans, utensils) need an update.
