Great hotel in great area. But mind the attitude.
The hotel is nice. One of the best hotels in Douala. Nice area, nice room, nice restaurant and nice cleaning quality. But front desk attitude seems need to be improved, feeling bad when checkin and also checkout, especially a person named Cyril, bad attitude and even not willing to give me the change ...

Customer service was top notch. Loved the buffet they serve every morning for breakfast. We had some plumbing issues with our bathroom, but as soon as we made them aware they sent someone immediately to fix it. Would definitely recommend.

Good location, but low service quality (especially reception). They never answer the msg through Hotels. You have to call them for shuttle and other requests. It is acceptable for Cameroon.
