Huge back deck and screened in porch area ( which we never used do to gorgeous weather ) 4 kayaks 1 canoe metal fishing boat . 3 older women and we had no issues walking the property and I could easily get in and out of kayak . They have several sizes of life vests . Numerous paddles & oars . Large driveway so easy parking and garage access . This Pond is beautiful we do nature at its finest . So much fun kayaking early morning enjoying a cup of coffee & nature . Easy access to local grocery stores and restaurants also several breweries & wineries within 30 minutes . An absolute hidden gem. If you are looking for serene and private you will not be disappointed. If you are looking for an excellent layout, perhaps for an elderly family member with everything on one floor, you wont be disappointed. So many activities to enjoy on the property.
