“It was very clean and beautifully decorated. It was very comfortable for the two of us. Darius was very friendly and willing to help with anything we needed.”

“We used the property to get ready for my wedding and it was absolutely perfect for my big day. Great parking and plenty of room for everything we needed. The natural light and updated look made for perfect pictures. In a great part of town. A bit pricier than the other listings in the area, but well worth it for us. Fantastic communication as well.”

“Cottage was convenient to town just as we needed. We never saw the hosts although we had hoped to as the property was a family home and built by our great grandparents. The cottage is well appointed. It was too rainy while we were there to enjoy the back porch but it was very nice to spread out during our stay. Beds were comfy. We had trouble letting ourselves in upon arrival but it was really just us not following directions. Host responded immediately and he talked us through entering. ……

“Over all , it was great!!! Plenty of space, house was updated, place was clean and close to Thompson motor speedway. Not that it applies to me but didn’t know it was an apt( it was huge) on top floor(unless I missed it in the listing, then disregard) . My mother in law was with us and luckily she has no problems with stairs yet but might be an issue for others. If your a race family like us, drop your trailer at track first. Parking is limited. I will definitely be coming back, I look forward to……

“Great property, clean and perfect for a tournament weekend!”

“Great neighborhood. Very clean and cozy home. ”

“This is a beautiful home on a stunning property, equipped with everything needed for a relaxing stay. I only wish we had planned a longer stay, you won’t want to leave!”

“The property was great for our needs for an extended weekend stay. This Federal Hill neighborhood is a fantastic place full of great food options - especially Italian food. Downtown Providence is accessible from here, easily walked to within 20 minutes. I’ll look for this place again the next time I’m visiting Providence.”

“Pictures don't do this house justice! Great communication from start to finish, very clean house & property, coolest house we've ever stayed at. Hope to stay again!”

“We traveled from Delaware to the area for our daughter's wedding. It was the perfect home for our group, with plenty of room to kick back and relax. The home is located in a quiet community a couple miles from town. The bedrooms were comfortable, there was good water pressure throughout the house. The kitchen was well appointed and had everything you need to prepare a meal. There is a drip coffee maker and an espresso machine for your caffeine fix. The host was very responsive to questions we……
