「Be sure to check the schedule of the fitness club just 10-15 feet from your bedroom window. I was woken up early (8a) on multiple days by a workout class held outside with amplified music. A major drawback to an otherwise charming little house. The furnace was reluctant to heat up at night and I had to find my own coffee filters/sugar, but such a good value, and I never had to drive more than 12 min the entire week I was there.」

「Got to the room and there were flies all over! Contacted property owner and they said they would come over with fly traps. No! We weren’t staying. They tried to get us to move to another property 15 miles away. Property owner was unhelpful and unfriendly. We contacted VRBO directly and they resolved it immediately and we received a complete refund. Then we stayed at a lovely B&B in town. We have used VRBO a lot and have never had an experience like this.」

The staff are very friendly, professional and check-in was very easy. The unit itself is very clean and just as described. We will definitely be returning and highly recommend if you're going to be visiting the Saugatuck area.」
