Nestled in the heart of the Périgord region, this 300 m² house offers unparalleled tranquility and breathtaking panoramic views.
This 19th-century building has been fully renovated by us, blending authenticity and charm with high-end, practical, and functional features. Le Pigeonnier boasts a private, secure pool measuring 11x5 m, surrounded by a 110 m² stone terrace with stunning views of the surrounding countryside. Guests can also enjoy a volleyball/badminton court and various games, such as pétanque, molkky, and more. Situated on a 1.2-hectare wooded property, it comfortably accommodates up to 15 people.
On the ground floor, you’ll find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a fully equipped kitchen for preparing meals for everyone, and a dining room that seats up to 15 guests. The kitchen opens onto a covered terrace equipped with a very large outdoor table, an XXL brazier barbecue, and a ping-pong table. The spacious living room features a 55-inch smart TV, an American pool table, and a wood stove for cozy evenings.
Le Pigeonnier is also equipped with fiber-optic internet, offering a fast and reliable connection and a Type 2 charging station for electric cars
Upstairs, Le Pigeonnier has six bedrooms with high ceilings, each with its own bathroom (featuring either a bathtub or an extra-large 120x80 shower). The bedrooms are accessible via two separate staircases, ensuring privacy: three bedrooms on the left (for six people) and three bedrooms on the right (for eight people), separated by a highly insulating partition. The roof is also well-insulated (trilayer and wood) for optimal comfort. Each bedroom features high-end bedding (160 cm beds) with memory foam mattresses.
To make the most of your stay, various services are available on request, such as a private chef, massages, yoga classes, wine tasting at the gite and babysitting.

The gîte is located 1.5 km from the village of Pont St Mamet, which offers a tennis court (membership included for our guests), a convenience store with an excellent bakery, a bar/restaurant, a tobacco shop, a newsstand, and more. Nearby, you’ll find numerous fishing ponds and hiking trails starting right from the house.
We want you to feel at home and relaxed during your stay. Thanks to our key box, you’ll enjoy flexible arrival times, although please note that check-in is from 4:00 p.m. We will stop by in the afternoon to greet you, explain the property’s amenities, and answer any questions.

Dogs are welcome: €25/stay/dog, which is fully donated to the abandoned animal shelter, SPA of Périgueux.
