"My son has a duck feather allergy. We asked at front reception if we can use some hypoallergenic hollow Fiber pillows to which their reply why house keeping is gone and we don’t know where they store them. My son ended up getting a full on body rash and couldn’t sleep all night. "

"We had a fantastic stay at Churchill Gardens. Alex was very helpful and it was great to park at the property. We particularly enjoyed the breakfast. There is a shared kitchen and various delicious items are provided from cereals, granola, yoghurt, fruit to bread, toast, crumpets, eggs and muffins. All the utensils and things for cooking are also provided such as sauces and oils so you can make an evening meal if you want to. The room (Victoria) was very clean, comfortable and nicely decorated with all soaps, shampoos and even robes provided. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. "Nice hotel, going through a refurbishment, so quite noisy early morning, unfortunately we had an issue with the heating system in the room, they did provide an electric heater but we didn’t use….everything seemed nice and clean but there were tea marks on the carpet next to the bin, the duvet didn’t fit the cover, it was too long head to toe but too small from left to right, I just think whoever made the bed, didn’t fit the duvet to the cover properly…..the staff seemed pleasant enough, not to much interaction…I would recommend but after the refurbishment was completed.."
