“The place was great. Clean, as advertised and sufficient kitchen utilities. The area is very close to the cathedral and the other touristy places. We had an old person with us, otherwise one could walk to most places from here. The host was also very helpful sending us clear instructions through the app.”

“The good sides:Very Spacious! Well equipped, car park available. Those need to improve : Not too clean, e. g. Some spider web inside room, on the door knob... No curtain around the bath tub in the master bedroom... Hotel.com didn't inform us clearly the check in procedure - e. g. We need to contact the staff by phone for a password to the key safe! ”

“Nice home in perfect central location with comfortable beds, good hot showers, and a stocked kitchen. There was only a tea towel for our 5-night stay, so we bought paper towels and left the remainder for the next guests. The comprehensive house manual is something you don’t always get with a rental, but theirs was full of useful info about the home and Canterbury. Elham

“Room was very clean but this third party check in is for the birds. Foreign country / no available internet to look up info. Thanks to a lovely shop owner we were able to contact the host. He said he didn’t receive my info but I had sent it. What happened - who knows. So I had to resend it with the help of our wonderful shop owner friend! More to the story but I just want to forget the awful experience!”
