"Would definitely recommend! Facilities are great especially the gym, one of the best i’ve seen. Only thing is Steam room was very weak. Christmas buffet had a good selection and breakfast was nice. "

"Nicely refurbished rooms but no heat in the room so was given a small space heater?? Then mid afternoon the music started beneath us, we were told by the front desk the party would finish between 5-6pm. At 7pm it was still going strong. Music so loud no TV could drown it out and the floor vibrated. We asked to be moved, which was accommodated but only to a smaller queen size room (we had a king) - no compensation and no apologies. Would not stay again. "

"The towels in the room were stained and there were makeup marks on the soap dispenser. Also marks on the chair and floor. I don’t think that room was cleaned well."

"The room was ok, the hotel is a bit dated and basic but it’s a reasonable price so my expectations were not high and therefore it was fine for a night. "

"Check in was efficient and the welcome friendly. Room and bathroom were a good size and clean. Unfortunately I had to leave too early to try the breakfast. Hotel is only a short walk from Canterbury West train station and the Marlowe Theatre. The room that I stayed in overlooked North Lane and I would just say that if you're a light sleeper it might be a good idea to have earplugs in case the traffic noise bothers you. I'd happily stay here again."

"Hotel is a very beautiful especially the location right on the sea front. Reception staff are very welcoming and professional, the restaurant food especially the fish and chips top tier. The breakfast staff are very polite. The spa and gym very clean. And the bar cocktails mmmm. This is my second visit and there will be a third very soon with the girls in April."
