We had a pleasant stay at this hotel. Very good value for money and an excellent place to stay if you’re catching the ferry from Dover. The breakfast was amazing and included in the price. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be staying here again in the future.

The staff were great..the room was very clean..we also had a evening meal which was excellent. Only reason didn't give 5* is because the room was really cold when we arrived and no heat in bathroom. Not sure why we had to pay £3 parking..as there's nothing else around!

Staff are lovely at the hotel and try to accommodate everything but for a major nationwide chain to not understand Gluten Free needs (coeliac) is quite weird. We were offered Vegan and Vegetarian options! Sofa beds are not the nicest to sleep on but they're manageable for one night but they do make the room very "snug" to say the least. But overall it was fine for one night. Lovely to have windows that actually open so you can have fresh air rather than air conditioning. Parking is very easy but annoying that you have to pay for parking as an overnight guest.

The service I received was shocking to say the least. I spoke to atleast 3 different people who confirmed a cot would be provided. Even on check in it was confirmed they're would be. Got to the room no cot. Went down to reception and the lady looked surprised I was there. They then provided me with a cot. To add to my frustration at 11pm the cot provided was broken with the plastic bottom having sharp edges, one side zipper was completely ripped off so my 12 month could crawl straight out. When back to reception to inform them and they looked unhelpful. They said they'll come to have a look at 11.15pm when I was trying to settle a 4 and 1 year old. In the end we ended up tasking our baby in our bed and I slept on the floor as I was petrified of turning in my sleep on him, so he stayed with my wife. We checked out at 4am to catch a ferry. Worse hotel stay I've had it along time, the receptionist couldn't wait to get home whilst their customers were needing help.

Haben das Zimmer für eine Zwischenübernachtung gebucht und waren sehr zufrieden. Das englische Frühstück ist nicht so unser Geschmack, aber die englischen Gäste haben gut zugelangt. :-) Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig, obwohl das Hotel unmittelbar an einer Schnellstraße liegt. Das Personal ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und hat auch beim Frühstück immer wieder nachgefragt, ob alles ok ist. Wir würden hier jederzeit wieder buchen.

had to wait at Check-in as no one was there. Everyone was serving at restaurant next to the reception area. One staff was chatting with one of the guest at a restaurant table (it wasn't about order, they are doing socialising chat). One was at the beer taps. This is not the first time but the third time I had to wait at reception to be checked-in. I always stay there for Business but it had to be the last stay as I am going to stay somewhere else from now onwards. The room I was placed was for Disable people too and all the facilities in that room wasn't convenient for me and I didn't feel comfortable. When I rang to reception about it, I was told that all the rooms are occupied but I didn't see it as I can feel/see when it's occupied because I used to stay at that place many times before. Thank you.

Tolles Hotel bei Canterbury. Verkehrsgünstig gelegen. 20 Minuten bis zu den Dover Ferries. Sehr freundliches Mitarbeiterteam! Bis in den späten Abend hinein wird leckeres Essen angeboten, das frisch in der Küche zubereitet wird. Umfangreiches Frühstücksbuffet. Komfortable Zimmer, sehr bequeme Betten sowie ein sehr angenehmes Badezimmer mit guter Dusche. Fazit: Hier hat man alles für einen angenehmen Hotelaufenthalt braucht.
