Great Dover Bay (Sandpoint Condo)

This is a very nice condo - comfortable, great light from the large windows, nicely decorated and very well-appointed with kitchen supplies for cooking in. We stayed here to ski at Schweitzer and had a wonderful time.

Comfort, Cleanliness and Location

True to online listing, very well accommodated and comfortable condo. Kitchen was so well stocked and everything you might need for week’s stay was available. The entire place was impeccably clean and location to Sandpoint and surrounds was ideal. Nice and quiet, peaceful and would stay for two weeks next time. One small issue, garage should have remote opener rather than having to close from inside and walk around back into car.

Dover Delight

We loved the condo with easy access to Sandpoint and surrounding areas. We were visiting our son and his family and did not spend a lot of time at the condo but we did eat in and cook a few meals. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. We loved the view from the kitchen and living area. The ground floor with no steps into the condo was a plus. We will look forward to staying in this unit on our next trip to the area!!!

Beautiful home, I had a noisy neighbor

The property could not be stocked amy better. The home was very clean and all furniture was comfortable, the view from the living/kitchen/dining room is beautiful. Just to know, the garage is not directly attached to the condo, it was not a negative for us. The neighbor upstairs was horribly loud at night while we were there. Sounded like he was lifting weights and flushing the toilet all night. I would rate the property itself a 5.

This is the third time we've rented this property and we can't say enough about the experience. Clean, roomy, well decorated, it is just what we need when we travel to Idaho for a family visit. It's about 5-10 minutes from central Sandpoint so convenient to shopping and entertainment. Highly recommend.

Cleanly home, beautiful location.

First, I will mention how clean the place was! Clean floors, dishes, sheets, etc. The decorations are tastefully done, and the furniture is well spaced out (ie. uncluttered). The backyard is amazing as well. Lush lawn, trees galore, and even nesting ospreys. My wife and I enjoyed our stay, and the location was centrally located to walk and/or drive to nearly any desired place quickly. We will stay again here someday!
