「House was very nice! Host was very communtive. We had some issues with the internet and they were able to assist quickly. Beds were comfortable. Only concern was the neighborhood… it was a little rough but quiet」

「We absolutely loved staying here for spring break! The neighborhood was very quiet, the place was clean, and Angelique was extremely prompt when it came to a small issue. This house was THE most well stocked house I have ever rented, from welcome snacks, cooking supplies to games and the streaming services were logged in! I would high recommend this house to stay in!」

「Great place to stay for the money The place was clean and comfortable . Great for a couple staying in the area ! Parking at night was ok when I arrived . Easy access to I4 from here there was just a few turns . There is a sitting area out back once you come through the gate but I didn’t use it. I give the property a 7 out of 10 which is good value and cleanliness. 」

「5 stars across the board! Jenny was very kind and communicative host. Only 14 minutes from downtown Tampa. The studio was incredibly clean, stocked with kitchen essentials, bathroom with shampoo, and wash. I didn’t need to request anything because it already had everything I needed. Will definitely be returning!」

「This house was exactly as pictured, though more impressive in person. All the spaces were well appointed with comfortable beds/couches, clean linens, and the space was overall quite clean. When I reached out about a bath tub that needed additional cleaning, and and an issue w the garbage disposal, I was offered to have someone come by to amend these items that same day if I wished. 「We have a daughter at Florida Southern College, so the location could not have been better situated for visiting with her and also being close to Lakes Morton and Hollingsworth, as well as downtown (farmers market, Harry's, etc.). The space was all ours, was very clean, and well-equipped had we wanted to cook meals. The TVs (one in living room and one in bedroom) had streaming services already available (or we could have logged into our own accounts). It was nice to have a washer and dryer,...

「One of the beds was broken. There were a few cockroaches (though warm weather in Florida brings insects). There was a broken outlet dangling from the wall that we needed to block off from our son. One of the showers has no place to sit toiletries so we pulled a chair up beside it to set things on (shampoo, soap, etc.) Location was great for our zoo day and for going to walk on the river!」
