「At check in I asked for walks in the area from the accommodation and the lady said she didn’t know. I would expect the customer services dept to be able to provide that information. I would also expect to be taken to the room rather than pointed in the right direction. Room good as expected for price - disappointing no mirror in bedroom and not good ventilation in bathroom. Milk not provided for tea in room. Restaurant on a sunny Saturday afternoon- plates and glasses weren’t cleared away which...

「Lovely little bolt hole next to a great pub. The bed was very comfy and the shower was amazing. The outside seating is overlooked by the main road and due to roadworks it was a bit too busy with standing traffic to sit outside. The pub next door was very good and we enjoyed an evening meal and breakfast the next day.」

「Beautiful character property, very in keeping with the gorgeous town it’s situated in. We really enjoyed our stay and appreciated how close it is to the town, the little sunny yard, the lovely bedroom in the eaves and how comfortable the beds are. Malmsbury itself is a lovely town with local shops and eateries, and we did a long walk on the Saturday, following a route from a book at the house. Highly recommend 」

「Fantastic setup for our family gathering of 11. We booked two properties next to each and this made everything easy. The kitchens were well stocked for entertaining a crowd. With the lovely weather we enjoyed the BBQ and spent relaxed evenings on the spacious veranda overlooking the lake. The toys and games were a great touch and the chalkboard kept my 3‑year‑old granddaughter entertained for ages. We’d happily book again.」

「The Cotswold Water Park is our favourite place to spend time with our family and this year we were able to spend the whole week out and about. The family of seven stayed in Damsel Cottage and we, the grandparents had a smaller house, Trout Cottage, just a few houses up the road. No-one had any complaints whatsoever. Everything was perfect including the weather, if a little hot during the day!」
