「Overall, the hotel's environment and facilities and staff are good, but two things make me uneasy. Firstly, the bed is wrinkled, which gives the impression that someone has slept on it before, although the quilt looks new. We stayed in the Red Lady room in the Summit building. There was a closet, but no drawers to unpack into. We had to lift our suitcases onto the bed each time we needed anything.
