“Great place to stay, especially with the dog. Fabulous walking right from the pod door. The pods are great, all clean, the double bed is definitely cosy but their description of the pod on the website is accurate, it is basic but they never profess to be anything else. Barbecue in front of each pod is great, we cooked supper and breakfast on it, for all you carnivores, the butcher in Fownhope is fabulous. If you just need a base to chill out in, this is absolutely perfect.”

“Spacious cosy well equipped property, comfortable beds, great showers. Steam train at bottom of garden which was fun. Could do with an instruction booklet in the house ( as although instruction videos good) couldn’t work out how to turn on fire in large sitting room.”

“Fabulous location. Comfortable cottage, fully equipped and close to lovely nature walks. Great walk between Lower Slaughter and Upper Slaughter. Stairs were doable albeit challenging. Beautiful, relaxing garden. Excellent instructions and great communication with owner.”

“Lovely functioning mildly old school cabin in the middle of the country side. Very comfortable bed. We found everything we needed. Our dogs were content. Very quiet. “My wife and son had the most delightful 4 night stay in this wonderful cottage in the heart of Boughton with only 2 mins walk to the centre. From begining to end everything was a breeze. Ease of location, parking, entry, cleanliness upstairs downstairs, comfort, good facilities, overall it was perfect. Even on arrival the owners had left a "sweet"surprise for my wife's celebration - a very nice touch for our stay. Thank you.I fully recomend this beautiful property for any length of stay.”
