「My spouse and I stayed for the weekend for our wedding anniversary and we were in awww with the property. So beautiful and comfortable. The owners are super nice and I just love how she tells the story of the history of the home and surrounding town. The room was more than amazing with its own bathroom with a jet tub and balcony We didn’t get to experience any of the amenities such as their Tavern bar they promote nor were they serving breakfast due to electrical issues which is understandable....

「There is no pool. We found cockroaches in the room. The towels quality are too poor. After using some of the towels you will feel need to shower right away again.」

「Everything about the DeLand Hotel has been well thought out by the owner and staff. Very friendly and helpful staff. Hotel was quaint and comfortable. HIGHLY RECOMMEND for a fun weekend.」

「We've stayed here before and was not disappointed. My only concern was that the shower water control was set up backwards- Hot direction was cold, Cold was hot. Discovered that with an AWAKENING. I can live with that hiccup after discovering the mixup.」

「A real secret gem. Quiet, but just a short drive to Deland. Attractive lakefront; fishing and boating. We needed separate bedrooms and this was a great option. Cheaper than two rooms at other hotels, and simpler. We were looking for a quiet getaway in the area, and this was perfect.」

「The bed was very comfortable. It had a large refrigerator to leave some food, the bathroom room was incredibly large and luxurious. Everything was there to make the stay easy like clean towels and soap a great coffee machine with coffee and those sort of amenities. It was so much cleaner than staying in a hotel and really private and quiet. The price was exceptional and was such an amazing place that it doesn't make sense to stay in another hotel if this place is available. The grounds were...

「Two of my friends didn't know what kind of bite they had on them the night they stayed! Sound insulation is not good either. Anther thing that I‘d like to say is about when we checked into the room, there was only a box with little bit tissue left in the room. Late when we used some then ran out of that tissue and I went to the front desk and asked for a box, and the stuff told me to go to the restaurant across the front desk.」
