“The hotel was neat and clean and the breakfast service was good. However, our room was not serviced after the first night, and we never even saw a housekeeping cart our entire stay. “This was a bad place to stay. There were bugs in the bed and I could not sleep all night. Had to sleep on the floor. I demand full refund or your app will be deleted.”

“I am a solo traveler per se, and another one in my room. It was just me and family in another room. The room was very clean. Did not have any issues with anything except maybe it took a minute for the water to get hot. It did get hot. The staff were very nice very friendly very helpful the property was clean. It was free parking and the breakfast was decent although it would’ve been nice to have a microwave inside of the breakfast area to heat up the cheese and some other stuff but anyway……

I was looking for something that was well maintained with a decent size pool that was clean. I also wanted it to be in a good location. I decided to stay about 10 minutes away from USC so it wasn't as busy and a little less expensive. I found this hotel to be in a good location with great hospitality. “The property is old and in desperate need of a major update. The room a/c didn’t work and it was loud. The walls and floors had marks and were dirty. The pillows were half the size of standard ones. The shower floor was moldy and we had to shower with shoes on. The furniture in the room and in the lobby was broken, stained and gross. The pool water color was yellow, and the pool deck was in need of repair. There were no “do not disturb” signs available and in spite of the door being locked and……
