諾福克諾福克市中心酒店住宿推介

「The staff was super friendly and the food at the restaurant was amazing」

「酒店的装修非常艺术化，有个性。 但是酒店的工作人员不够专业。清洁工收拾了房间后，没有及时补充新的物品，比如浴巾，水。前台没有及时提醒我们酒店到停车库的交通路线。 」

「Good」

「I reserved 3 rooms at this location. The hotel had plenty of parking in a nice and safe area well lit. The hotel rooms were a nice size however the carpets in the rooms were dirty. Upon entering the room it was clean however it had a smell and immediately I knew it was the carpet. I held a smell like wet sneakers. I accidentally walked on the carpet without slippers and was totally disgusted 😑. Consider removing the carpet.」

「What I didn't like was you advertised Airport, but did not provide a shuttle! That was a surprise because I thought you did. My bad, but that won't happen again.」

「The room was clean, cozy and the staff was amazing kind and made us feel welcomed.」

「Quiet and Comfort. Close to main street」

「Clean, well-maintained property that includes an actual breakfast.」

「Terrible」

「I didn’t like the fact that there were no updated tv in our room….when I reported a problem to the staff they did nothing to replace it. I didn’t like that the bed was so uncomfortable that I couldn’t sleep, And there was one elevator working the whole time I was there!!!」

「Excellent」
